Ćatovića Mlini is the Boka’s destination table: a family watermill trading for over two centuries, its gardens laced with millstreams and strutting peacocks. The seafood degustation runs from saffron-shrimp risotto through sea bass in truffle sauce to rožata, each course matched to the bay it came from. Reserve ahead and allow three hours — degustations here are events, not meals. Smart-casual dress fits the setting, and the garden tables by the millstreams are the ones to request.
