The dive
Boat out to the reef and ~30 minutes underwater with your instructor.
A first breath underwater, done properly: a full briefing at the centre, a short boat ride to a sheltered reef, and a one-on-one guided dive to a maximum of 6 metres among wrasse, octopus dens and Posidonia meadows. No certification required — just curiosity. No certification, no experience and only basic swimming are needed — the instructor controls everything underwater while you concentrate on breathing and looking. Around 2.5 hours in total including the briefing and boat ride, with all equipment provided.
