Yoga Built Around You, Beach or Terrace

Plan programa

1. 1

   Consult

A quick chat on goals, injuries and style.

2. 2

   The session

90 minutes shaped entirely around you.

Your practice, your setting: a certified instructor comes to a quiet stretch of Mogren beach, your villa terrace or a rooftop of your choosing, and builds the 90 minutes around your body — dynamic vinyasa, deep yin, mobility work or meditation. Solo or up to four friends at one price. The ninety minutes follow a short consultation about what your body actually needs, and up to four people share the single price — ideal for couples and travelling friends. Mats and props come to you; the only decision left is the view.
