For drinkers who want depth: the premium Šipčanik programme pours the upper shelf — barrique Vranac, Stari Podrum reserves and limited bottlings — each matched with cheeses, pršut and appetizers at candle-lit tunnel tables, guided by a Plantaže sommelier through six decades of Montenegrin winemaking. 18+. Two hours, five to six serious pours and structured pairings — pace yourself, and consider arranging a driver home. It rewards drinkers who already know their way around a tannin; newcomers may be happier starting on the basic flight. Guests must be 18 or over.
