This guided day from Podgorica visits three of the best: tasting Vranac straight from the barrel, Krstač from steel, and the family rakija, each round backed by boards of pršut, cheese and village bread — with the lake glinting below every cellar door. Our host poured generously and paired each wine with local cheese and prosciutto. Beautiful vineyard views and a host who clearly loves what he does. The cellar tour was fascinating and the vranac was the best we tried in Montenegro.
