Crmnica is Vranac’s ancestral home, a fold of sun-trapped valleys above Lake Skadar. This half-day drive threads its wine road with tastings at three small cellars, finishing in Godinje — a huddle of 600-year-old fortified stone houses with wine cellars beneath, where the last pour comes with the best story. A 4.5-hour afternoon of short drives and long pours, with village bites between cellars keeping everyone upright. Wine-curious couples and small groups fit best, and the transport is the point: nobody has to count their glasses on the wine road.
