Sveti Nikola — the locals’ “Hawaii” — floats just a kilometre off Budva’s beach. Kayak across the channel with a guide, snorkel the rocky caves and clear shallows on the island’s seaward side, and pull the boats up on a pebble cove that day-trip boats never reach.
