Sveti Nikola — the locals’ “Hawaii” — floats just a kilometre off Budva’s beach. Kayak across the channel with a guide, snorkel the rocky caves and clear shallows on the island’s seaward side, and pull the boats up on a pebble cove that day-trip boats never reach. The channel crossing takes around twenty minutes of easy paddling each way — manageable for anyone reasonably active, with guide, snorkel set and dry bag included. Three hours in all: paddle over, snorkel the caves, laze on the cove, and cruise back.
