Truffles cross the Adriatic hills from Istria to your table in Tivat: an intimate evening tasting where black and (in season) white truffles are shaved live over handmade tagliatelle, creamed eggs and aged cheese, each course paired by a sommelier with wines from Montenegro and the wider Balkans. Twelve seats keep the evening intimate, so booking ahead matters. Two hours, four paired glasses and rich, unhurried courses — an evening for date nights and the food-obsessed rather than big groups, with seasonal white-truffle upgrades when the hunters deliver.
