Free cancellation
Most experiences can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Each listing shows its own cancellation policy on the experience page — always check it before you book.
Inside 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start are at the host’s discretion, as they’ve already reserved your spot and prepared. Reach out to your host first — most will do their best to help.
Weather & host cancellations
If a host cancels — for weather, safety, or any reason — you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund, your choice. Outdoor experiences (kayaking, sailing, hiking) may be rescheduled for conditions.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method, including the service fee, typically within 3–5 business days.
