Ćatovića Mlini is the Boka’s destination table: a family watermill trading for over two centuries, its gardens laced with millstreams and strutting peacocks. The seafood degustation runs from saffron-shrimp risotto through sea bass in truffle sauce to rožata, each course matched to the bay it came from.

Good but not great

Food was good but service was slow between courses. Nice setting, though a couple of dishes were a bit salty for my taste. Portions were generous and the chef came out to explain each dish.
