Through the wall window to San Giovanni, then down the fortress steps into town.
Skip the ticket queue and climb the Ladder of Kotor — the old Austro-Hungarian caravan trail of 70+ switchbacks — to the Krstac saddle, then slip through the famous window in the wall into San Giovanni fortress from above. A guided sunrise-friendly route with the whole bay unrolling below.
