Days 1–2 — Theory & pool
Knowledge modules and confined-water skill sessions.

Days 3–4 — Open water
Four boat/shore dives to 18 m, skills sign-off and certification.
Become a certified diver where the Adriatic is at its clearest: the full PADI Open Water programme over three to four days — knowledge development, confined-water skills and four open-water dives along the rocky reefs of the bay mouth, with equipment and certification fees all included. Plan for three to four days of genuine study and water time — theory and exam, confined-water skills, then the four qualifying dives. Swimmers of average fitness manage it comfortably, and at the end you hold the world’s most recognised diving certification.

No — the Open Water course starts from zero. You must be able to swim 200 m and be in normal health.
