Cook & feast
A hands-on session, then lunch on the terrace.
History first, lunch second: a private guide walks you through Kotor’s squares and legends, you shop the green market together for the day’s ingredients, then move to a family kitchen to cook a Montenegrin menu — finishing with a long terrace lunch of everything you made, wine included. Five hours, entirely yours: the walk adjusts to your curiosity and the menu to the market’s morning. It is the pick for food-first travellers who want their hands in the dough rather than a demonstration — and the terrace lunch stretches as long as the wine holds out.

Worth every penny
Every course was better than the last — the seafood risotto alone was worth it.
Mixed feelings
Nice setting, though a couple of dishes were a bit salty for my taste. Food was good but service was slow between courses. Cozy konoba setting with a view that matched the food.
